submitted by Ming S. - |Recommended: YesLOVE Modera — We love Modera so far At first, we decided to move forward with Modera after comparing different downtown apartments was because of its location and because they are pet friendly apartment. Modera is in the center of downtown Orlando, Lake Eola Park is only few minutes walking distance, very convenient for us to walk our furbaby. Everyone who lives here or works here are all very friendly. We have a beautiful view from our room, and I personally think they did a great job on the sound proof. Downtown areas can get super loud and noisy during weekends holiday nights since we are super close to bars and restaurants. But we can tell a huge difference by stand on the balcony versus stay in the room with all windows and doors shut. We can still hear noise, but it's not loud enough to bother us sleeping at night. Highly recommend

submitted by Caroline - |Recommended: NoI have been living here for 4 months and can’t wait until my lease ends. I have not had one month without some kind of issue. The leasing office is filled with miscommunication. They are never on the same page. Was told there was guest parking. There isn’t. You need maintenance. Don’t expect them to show up for 2 days. Don’t think you’ll need them. Ha. Had a leak that soaked my floor. Took them 2 days to check on it, and by then it leaked into another room for the apartment. Want to call and talk to someone about the issues. Well you get a call center. Where they can’t do anything to help just give your phone number to play phone tag all week with. Trust me it’s not worth the headache to live here.
