Do all of your apartments have the same
We have three different finish packages to choose from! “Cool
Package”, “Warm Package”, “Attitude”. Cool and Warm are the same
except cool is grey-based finishes and warm is walnut based
finishes. Attitude is our upgraded finish package which includes:
upgraded cabinetry, upgraded appliances, Bluetooth speakers,
upgraded lighting and flooring.
What are the lease terms that are
12 months at the moment, but be sure to always check with the
leasing team to be sure!
What is your pet policy?
Maximum of 2 pets per apartment. Breed Restrictions apply. Weight
limit of 100 lbs. combined. Pets must have updated vaccinations
documented before move in.
What do utilities look like here?
OUC (Orlando Utility Commission) will be paid directly to the
provider. The electricity account number must be provided at
move-in. Cable/Internet providers will be AT&T or Spectrum
which residents will pay directly to the provider. Water/Sewer will
be billed by usage and added to your monthly rent.
What's my security deposit?
The standard security deposit is $250. An additional refundable
deposit may be required based on credit screening. Income
Requirements: 3x the amount of the above base rental price. Proof
of income must be provided via email, fax or at the office once the
application has been completed.
